Fall Activities

The leaves continue to fall and the weather continues on the same path: chilly in the morning and awesome in the afternoon. Fear not, we venture outside at all hours of the day regardless of weather. Fall is a great time for outdoor activities of all types, and besides the fact that we haven’t gone to an Oktoberfest event, we still are having a great time.

We went pumpkin picking with Uncle Jesse and Aunt Julia:

We painted some rocks and acorns:

We even jumped off the rock and landed in a leaf pile we raked up and proceeded to lay in it staring at the leaves falling:

We went for a stroll today and saw what was left of a burned up ride-on lawnmower and enjoyed the leaves falling off the trees (again):

Sometimes I sit back (when he’s napping) and think how lucky I am to spend every day with this little dude but part of me remains intent on finding a job so I can help ease the burden Lindsay bears by being the sole provider. In the meantime, I’ll continue to enjoy my time with Nolan.
